So if you have never planted a garden before make sure you never plant 8 zucchini plants unless you are willing to eat it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. I didn't realize that one plant produces 10+ zucchini's. We were gone to Lake Tahoe for a week and we came back to see a ton of huge zucchini's. I'll have to post later about my trip to Lake Tahoe because I like to show pictures since I fell like the picture tells the story. My laptop is broken, it's getting fix, and that is what I put all my pictures on. I have no clue how to put pictures on my desktop. Anyway back to zucchini's. I was eating them raw for dinner so Jonas wanted to try and of course what Jonas does Bella has to do. Only if I had my camera to show you their faces, let's just say you could tell they didn't like them. After Jonas had a bite he said "Mom, is this baby food?"
If you have any great recipes that require Zucchini or have a great way in cooking them please let me know.

I do have some recipes. Just call me sometime and if I am awake I will answer and give them to you. My kids start back to school today, so I don't know what my sleep schedule will be. YIKES!
Make zuchinni bread. Blanche it, cut it into cubes or long strips, or grate it and you can freeze it. Bread it and fry it and serve it with spaghetti sauce (thats a health option, LOL) Thats all I can think of now.
We always grew zucchini growing up and my mom only planted 1 or 2 and we had way more than we knew what to do with! If you make bread/muffins you can freeze and eat them later. Maybe if you sauteed it with a little salt and pepper it would be better baby food...
I was going to tell you to make zucchini bread but it looks like someone already gave you that advice. I love it and wish I had lots of zucchinis to make it with. That's a pretty post, made me laugh!
